V&A museum

I arrived at South Kensington tube station on a rainy morning, but despite the weather place immediately to my liking. All around small cafes not overloaded with people inside, inviting at the first glance in their direction. That time, however, my feet, or rather a map on my iPhone was leading me straight to the Victoria and Albert museum. I wanted to go there a long time ago but somehow, there was no opportunity or good company...
Already from the outside the building was impressive, not to mention its interior!I was truly amazed by the countless number of galleries, exhibitions and exhibited objects from various cultures and eras. Each room was like a totally different story in which you might get lost forgetting all the rest. I spent several hours there and still did not see everything I wanted.Certainly will be back in a few months,xx.

Lola loves:THE SECRET VINTAGE FAIR

Probably some of you noticed that I was absent for a while, but I think I just needed a break. I even thought to end the existence of this blog however negative thinking was finally forced out thanks to the positive feedback I received so far from all of you guys! OK, that's enough about it.

Pictures that you see here were taken some time ago,(exactly during my blogging dilemmas, so sorry for a delay). THE SECRET VINTAGE FAIR I attended took place in Colchester in Liquid night club- former Hippodrome. I was there as a volunteer, but that did not stop me from taking pictures. I hope you like the mix of black and white and color photographs. That place was just filled with people, positive energy and music. Really...a few hours of fun in a retro style.

July wishlist

1. photo inspiration, tumblr, 2. white sneakers, Toast, 3. bracelet, Tokyo Jane via Atterley Road,
4. canvas shopper bag, Whistles, 5. dress, Topshop, 6. earrings, Cos

I can't remember the last time I was wearing khaki but as soon as I saw this Topshop dress I thought I might want to wear it again. Yes, khaki is the colour I desire. The dress like this goes hand in hand with the snake print canvas bag and simple jewellery in gold, don't you think?
Another thing I want is a new pair of classic white trainers, such as those I remember from the lessons of gymnastics.I saw similar at Superga, but finally decided on  these from Toast.

I wish I was wearing

What would you wear in an isolated seaside villa? I recall in my mind a scene from a Bergman's movie... and I know.

"Persona", 1966, Ingmar Bergman

1.shift dress , basic top, both rag & bone - I have a crush on rag & bone at the moment so you will see more of it on this blog. Why black? Because I like black and there is something incredibly functional about this colour.
2.strew hat Lanvin via Matches -  strew hat is a summer must have and you know it...Select a smaller one for a more playful look...and tell a friend to wear the same.

Thursday thoughts

I don't have anything special to write about. It is just one of these days when
I feel totally empty...but somehow, in my emptiness, I managed to take a few photos...
Still don't know how that happened.

New in my wardrobe
Small chain bag from Urban Outfitters. This is a vintage-recycled-remade item.In other words, this bag was a vintage piece, which was renewed and reconstructed into modern design.
Nude scarf from Zara.

What I wish for at the moment
1.earrings, just because.
2.long hair, to tie them up in a bun, like Clemence.

earrings, AllSaints, Clemence Poesy

3.bra. I can't go out without.

Catherine Deneuve, bras, both, Stella McCartney.

4.scent.It may be my new addiction this summer.Floral and delicate.

This post is more about beauty products I'm currently using, however I couldn't resist to take some photos of my new H&M jacket, and the necklace from Warehouse - I had a discount voucher so luckily for me I paid for it cheaper.See more in the next post!

here is a list of cosmetics I use for face
1. Micellar foam cleanser with rose petals. This Nuxe cleanser smells lovely, cleanses and purifies well and more importantly, this is a very delicate product so suitable even for sensitive skin.I absolutely love it.
2. Anti-aging re-densifying emulsion for combination skin, again from Nuxe. When I first started to use this cream I wasn't happy, I had spots...but they started to disappear after a week and now the product works really well for me. Skin appears smoother than before!
3.Diorskin nude foundation 0/20, skin glowing make -up.This foundation is getting more and more compliments on blogs and I have to admit that it works for me too.
4. Avene thermal spring water. Your skin can really benefit from this, especially when you have sensitive skin with tendency to allergies or irritations. Besides, it is functional, you can use it to remove or set you make-up, for sunburns, redness or just to refresh the face during the day. Skin becomes softer and more flexible. Honestly wish I started using it earlier.Curiosity: as sign up now on their website you will receive periodically trial size samples for free.

By the way, have you seen the last video "How to clean your face "by INTO THE GLOSS ?
